EVE THOUGH I AM SOMEWHAT OF A VEGETARIAN; I DO EAT FISH PRODUCTS WHICH HELPS MY BODY MAKE COLLAGEN
AS MENTIONED WE NEED COLLAGEN FOR OUR JOINTS ALSO.OUR MUSCLES ALSO NEED COLLAGEN.
THESE ARE COLLAGEN-RICH FOODS.
ANIMAL FOOD, FISH FOOD, GELATIN PRODUCTS, COCONUT PRODUCTS, BY ORGANIC MEAT PROUCTS AND NON FARM FISH PRODUCTS.
THE AMINO ACID, GLYCINE IS ALSO A GOOD SOURCE.
WHAT ABOUT ALZHEIMER’S??????????????????????????
ITS WIDESPREAD IN OUR COUNTRY TODAY.
